- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg, beaten

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook ground beef with taco seasoning until browned; drain excess fat.
- Roll out puff pastry sheet and cut into 12 strips.
- Place a spoonful of beef mixture on each strip, top with cheese.
- Roll up each strip, sealing the edges.
- Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over rollups.
- Arrange on a baking sheet, brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add jalapeños to the beef mixture.
- Best served warm with dipping sauces.
