- 1 cup cooked rice

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper, cook until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add frozen vegetables to the skillet, cook until tender and heated through, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in cooked rice and soy sauce, mix well and cook for another 2 minutes to combine flavors.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired, serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add garlic powder or your favorite spices.
- You can substitute chicken with tofu or shrimp for variety.
