Instructions
- Cook orzo pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in cooked orzo, chopped basil, salt, and pepper.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
Feel free to add grilled chicken or sautéed vegetables for extra protein and flavor. Adjust herbs and seasoning according to taste.
