Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

- Stir in rice, paprika, salt, and pepper, cooking for 2 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
- Fluff with a fork and serve garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
