  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, hoisin, brown sugar, and cornstarch. Set aside.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add bell peppers and cook until slightly tender. Pour in sauce mixture and cook until thickened.
  5. Add cooked noodles and sesame oil, toss to coat evenly.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
