- 2 pounds chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ranch dressing, garlic, Parmesan, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade, toss well, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Grill the skewers for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally until chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
- Remove from grill and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- You can substitute Greek yogurt for ranch dressing for a healthier option.
