  3. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly from one end to the other to enclose the filling securely. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
  4. For a crispy finish, cook the assembled wraps in a skillet over medium heat, seam side down, for 2-3 minutes until golden. Flip and cook the other side until crispy and cheese melts. Alternatively, bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes.
