- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Optional: sliced jalapeños, for extra spice
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic with olive oil and a pinch of salt. Set aside to infuse the flavors.
- Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the cooked chicken, season with paprika, salt, and pepper, and sauté until heated through and slightly browned. Mix in half of the garlic butter.
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with remaining garlic butter. Stir in half of the shredded mozzarella.
- Lay out tortillas on a flat surface. Spread the cheesy garlic mixture evenly over each. Add the seasoned chicken, then top with remaining mozzarella.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly. Toast in a skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and cheese is melted, or bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes.
