  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and chopped cranberries.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and layer the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough.
  4. Roll up the dough tightly and cut into approximately 1-inch slices.
  5. Place the slices on the prepared baking sheet, brush with beaten egg.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
