- 1 package (8 oz) crescent roll dough
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg, beaten
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and chopped cranberries.
- Unroll the crescent dough and layer the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough.
- Roll up the dough tightly and cut into approximately 1-inch slices.
- Place the slices on the prepared baking sheet, brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
Notes
- Can substitute frozen cranberries, thawed and drained.
- Serve warm or cold as a party appetizer.
