- 1 cup (120g) powdered sugar
- 2 cups (240g) all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Gradually add flour, mixing until the dough comes together.
- Roll out the dough to about 1/4 inch thickness and cut into your desired shapes.
- Place cookies on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges turn golden brown.
- Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack before serving.

- Decorate with a light dusting of powdered sugar for extra sweetness.
