Instructions
- Place the beef bites in the slow cooker.
- In a saucepan, melt butter with olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Pour garlic butter mixture over the beef in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and herbs.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours until beef is tender.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
