- 1 ½ pounds beef sirloin or flank steak, sliced into strips
- 1 large green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 large red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
Instructions
- Place the sliced beef in the slow cooker.
- Add sliced peppers, onions, garlic, soy sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, and black pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Optional: Mix cornstarch with a little water and stir into the slow cooker for a thicker sauce, cook for an additional 15 minutes.

- You can substitute beef with chicken or pork for variation.
- Serve over steamed rice or noodles for a complete meal.
