Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Place in a baking dish.
- Bake chicken for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, prepare tzatziki: combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Once chicken is baked, serve topped with tzatziki sauce alongside cooked rice.
