  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Swiss)

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Fit the pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish.
