- 1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread half of the cheese in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Pour the soup mixture over the cheese layer.
- Top with a layer of frozen tater tots.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese over the tots.
- Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add cooked bacon or chopped green onions.
- You can use shredded Monterey Jack or Pepper Jack cheese for a spicy twist.
