Instructions
- Cook sushi rice with water according to package instructions.
- Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt; fold into cooked rice and let cool.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread rice evenly in a baking dish.
- Layer cooked seafood on top of rice.
- Drizzle spicy mayo over seafood layer.
- Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes until bubbly.
- Garnish with sliced avocado, green onions, and sesame seeds.
- Serve warm with soy sauce and wasabi.
