- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 large egg
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch (optional, for gravy)
Instructions
- Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them in the slow cooker.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce. Pour over meatballs.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- For a thicker gravy, remove meatballs and stir in cornstarch mixed with a little water. Cook on high until thickened.
- Serve meatballs with gravy over mashed potatoes or noodles, garnished with parsley.
Notes
- You can add sautéed mushrooms or onions for extra flavor.
- Use ground turkey or chicken for a healthier variation.
