- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Chocolate chips or candies for eyes
- Optional: food coloring for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Mix peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla in a bowl until well combined.
- Form the dough into small balls and place on prepared baking sheets.
- Using a fork, flatten each ball slightly and create a spiderweb pattern if desired.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden around edges.
- Remove from oven and immediately press chocolate candies or chips into the center of each cookie to make spider eyes.
- Allow cookies to cool before serving.
Notes
- You can add food coloring or icing to decorate spider legs for extra fun.
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
