Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chicken breasts and cook until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Mix balsamic vinegar, honey, and minced garlic in a bowl.
- Pour the mixture into the skillet with the chicken.
- Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary and cherry tomatoes before serving.
