- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Optional: sliced cucumbers, chopped cilantro for topping
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add ground beef. Cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil, cook for another 2 minutes to combine flavors.
- Divide cooked rice into bowls, top with the seasoned beef.
- Add shredded carrots, green onions, and other toppings as desired.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust soy sauce for more or less saltiness.
- You can add a fried egg on top for extra richness.
- Serve with side kimchi for authentic Korean flavor.
