- 1.5 lbs beef sirloin or tenderloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
- Add beef pieces, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Sear until browned on all sides. Transfer to slow cooker.
- In the same skillet, melt remaining butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Pour garlic butter over beef in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours until tender.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- Adjust garlic to taste for more flavor.
- You can cook this dish on high for 2-3 hours if short on time.
