Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, warm the milk and melted butter, then add eggs and mix well.
- Gradually add wet ingredients to dry, kneading until dough is smooth and elastic.
- Cover and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
- Pinch off small dough pieces, roll in melted butter, then coat with cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Layer coated dough balls in a greased bundt pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly, then drizzle caramel sauce over the warm bread before serving.
