Instructions
- Set the crockpot to low heat.
- Add cooked shredded chicken, corn, diced onion, minced garlic, butter, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Adjust seasoning as needed and serve hot with your favorite toppings.
Notes
For a thicker chowder, mash some corn before adding to the crockpot. Garnish with chopped green onions or crispy bacon for added flavor.
