- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Celery sticks, chopped
- Blue cheese or ranch dressing, optional
Instructions
- Mix shredded chicken with buffalo hot sauce and melted butter until well coated.
- Spoon a generous amount of buffalo chicken onto the bottom half of each slider bun.
- Top with shredded cheese and the other half of the bun.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes until cheese melts and buns are slightly toasted.
- Serve hot with chopped celery and dressing on the side.
Notes
- For extra spice, add more buffalo sauce or including sliced jalapenos.
- Use fresh buns for softer texture or toasted for crunch.
- You can prepare the chicken mixture in advance and assemble just before baking.
