Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Celery sticks, chopped
  • Blue cheese or ranch dressing, optional

Instructions

  1. Mix shredded chicken with buffalo hot sauce and melted butter until well coated.
  2. Spoon a generous amount of buffalo chicken onto the bottom half of each slider bun.
  3. Top with shredded cheese and the other half of the bun.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes until cheese melts and buns are slightly toasted.
  5. Serve hot with chopped celery and dressing on the side.
