Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch baking pan to form the crust.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
- Gently fold blueberries into the mixture or scatter them evenly on top.
- Bake for an additional 20 minutes, then cool completely before slicing.
Notes
- You can substitute with frozen blueberries, but thaw and drain them first.
- For extra flavor, add a teaspoon of lemon zest to the cream cheese filling.
