- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a donut pan.
- In a large bowl, mix pumpkin, eggs, and oil until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, sugars, baking powder, baking soda, spices, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Pour batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow donuts to cool before glazing with a sweet icing.
Notes
- You can substitute maple syrup for sugar for a richer flavor.
- For a holiday touch, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar before serving.
