Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add flour gradually and mix until dough forms. Press dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, toss sliced apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Spread the apple mixture evenly over the crust.
- In a small bowl, combine oats and chopped pecans. Sprinkle this mixture over the apples to create a crumbly topping.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
- Let cool before slicing. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
