  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in chopped apples.
  7. In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon for coating.
  8. Form dough into 1.5-inch balls and roll them in cinnamon sugar mixture.
  9. Place on prepared baking sheets and flatten slightly.
