- 2 large eggs

- 1 large apple, peeled and chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In a separate bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and milk. Mix well.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in chopped apples.
- Divide batter evenly among muffin cups.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow muffins to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute apples with pears for a different flavor.
- Add a sprinkle of coarse sugar on top for extra crunch.
