Instructions

- In a separate large bowl, beat softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, then stir in vanilla.
- Gradually mix in dry ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chunks and walnuts.
- Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets using a tablespoon measure, spacing evenly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown around edges.
- Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
