Instructions

- For the mousse, heat heavy cream until just simmering, then pour over chopped chocolate chips.
- Stir until smooth and glossy. Chill until slightly thickened.
- Spread mousse over cooled brownies and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Top with chocolate ganache and garnish with chocolate shavings before serving.
