Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
- Layer torn croissants in the dish. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the croissants.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, sugar, and vanilla. Pour over the croissants and chocolate.
- Let sit for 10 minutes to absorb the mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Allow to cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar and serve with fresh berries.
