- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter to form the crust. Press into the bottom of a lined 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla, mixing well. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the center is set.
- Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing.
Notes
- You can substitute chocolate chips with white chocolate or dark chocolate for variation.
- Ensure the cream cheese is softened for easier mixing.
