Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter to form the crust. Press into the bottom of a lined 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla, mixing well. Fold in chocolate chips.
  3. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the center is set.
  4. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing.

Notes

  • You can substitute chocolate chips with white chocolate or dark chocolate for variation.
