- 3 large eggs

- 2 apples, sliced thin
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- Cinnamon for sprinkling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9×13-inch baking dish to form crust. Bake 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Pour over crust.
- Arrange sliced apples evenly over the cheesecake mixture. Bake 40-45 minutes until set.
- Let cool completely, then spread caramel sauce on top. Sprinkle cinnamon before serving.

- Chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours before slicing for clean cuts.
