- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup hot honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- Sesame seeds and chopped scallions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture. Place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
- While baking, whisk together hot honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar in a small bowl.
- Once chicken is baked, brush liberally with hot honey glaze and return to oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped scallions before serving.

- Adjust the amount of hot honey for spiciness preference.
