Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine corn, cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro before serving with crispy chips.
