Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss sweet potato fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the fries in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until fries are crispy and golden.
Notes
For extra crispiness, you can lightly toss the fries with cornstarch before baking. Serve with your favorite dips like hummus or aioli.
