Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange the fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
- Remove from oven, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

- For extra crunch, leave the fries on the baking sheet for a few more minutes until desired crispiness.
