- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of Pecorino, lemon zest, salt, pepper, and panko breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then egg, and finally coat with the Pecorino mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken until golden brown on both sides, about 3 minutes per side.

Notes
- For extra crispiness, double coat the chicken in the Pecorino mixture.
- Use fresh lemon juice for authentic flavor.
