- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine sweet corn kernels and shredded cheese.
- In another bowl, whisk egg and milk together.
- Add flour, cornstarch, salt, pepper, and paprika to the wet ingredients and mix well.
- Combine the wet mixture with the corn and cheese mixture until evenly coated.
- Use a spoon or cookie scoop to form small bites and place them on the prepared baking tray.
- Slightly flatten each bite with the back of the spoon or your fingers.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Remove from oven and serve warm with dipping sauces if desired.
Notes
- You can add chopped green chilies for extra spice.
- For gluten-free option, substitute all-purpose flour with rice flour or gluten-free flour blend.
- These bites can be frozen before baking for later use.
