Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Cut chicken breasts into strips about 1 inch wide and set aside.
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken strip into the flour, then into the eggs, and finally into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
- Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet and spray lightly with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, turning once halfway through.
