Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a shallow dish, mix flour with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- In a second dish, beat the eggs until well combined.
- In a third dish, place panko bread crumbs.
- Dip each chicken tender into the flour mixture, then the eggs, and finally coat evenly with panko bread crumbs.
- Arrange coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet. Spray lightly with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway through for even crispiness.
