Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the chicken strips with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Meanwhile, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- After chicken is cooked, add Brussels sprouts to the air fryer and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes until tender and slightly caramelized.
- Mix sweet chili sauce with soy sauce and drizzle over cooked chicken and sprouts.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped chives before serving.
