- 2 cups marinara sauce

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add marinara sauce and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer.
- Place uncooked lasagna noodles in the skillet, ensuring they are submerged in the sauce.
- Sprinkle shredded chicken evenly over the noodles.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes until noodles are tender.
- Uncover and top with mozzarella cheese and dollops of ricotta. Cover and cook for an additional 5 minutes until cheese melts.
- Garnish with basil or parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute cooked shrimp or vegetables for the chicken for different variations.
- Make sure noodles are fully submerged in sauce for even cooking.
