Instructions
- Cook the ravioli according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream, Parmesan, salt, and pepper; cook until slightly thickened.
- Stir in spinach and sun-dried tomatoes; cook until spinach wilts.
- Add cooked ravioli to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter version.
- For extra flavor, add crushed red pepper flakes or a squeeze of lemon juice.
