- 4 boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
- Add chicken strips and cook until golden and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add remaining 1 tablespoon of butter, garlic, paprika, and garam masala. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream, season with salt and pepper, and stir to combine. Simmer until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
- Return chicken to the skillet, toss to coat in the sauce, and cook for another 2-3 minutes to reheat.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust spice levels by adding more or less garam masala or paprika.
- Serve with rice, naan, or steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
