  • 4 boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
  2. Add chicken strips and cook until golden and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add remaining 1 tablespoon of butter, garlic, paprika, and garam masala. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, season with salt and pepper, and stir to combine. Simmer until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet, toss to coat in the sauce, and cook for another 2-3 minutes to reheat.
  6. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot.
