- 12 large pasta shells
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook pasta shells according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta, chopped spinach, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each shell with the ricotta mixture and place in a baking dish.
- Drizzle with olive oil and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.

- You can add chopped herbs like basil or parsley for extra flavor.
