- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup long-grain rice
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- Sauté chicken breasts in a skillet until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add cream, chicken broth, garlic, and seasonings, then simmer until thickened.
- Return chicken to the skillet and cook until heated through and coated in sauce.
- Serve chicken atop rice with gravy poured over the top.

- You can add chopped herbs or a dash of hot sauce for extra flavor.
