Instructions
- Add chicken breasts, onion, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper into the slow cooker. Pour in chicken broth.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender.
- Shred the cooked chicken inside the slow cooker using two forks.
- Stir in sour cream, shredded cheese, and bacon bits until melted and creamy.
- Serve hot garnished with chopped green onions and extra cheese if desired.
