- 20 large pasta shells
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and shrimp, cook until shrimp are pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked shrimp, crab meat, ricotta, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Stuff each shell with the seafood mixture and place in a greased baking dish.
- Top with remaining mozzarella cheese and bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- You can replace crab meat with cooked white fish for a different flavor.
- For extra richness, add a splash of white wine to the seafood mixture.
- Serve with a side of garlic bread or a fresh green salad.
