  • Yield: 4-6 servings

Ingredients

Scale
  • 20 large pasta shells
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and shrimp, cook until shrimp are pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked shrimp, crab meat, ricotta, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Stuff each shell with the seafood mixture and place in a greased baking dish.
  5. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese and bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes

  • You can replace crab meat with cooked white fish for a different flavor.
  • For extra richness, add a splash of white wine to the seafood mixture.
  • Serve with a side of garlic bread or a fresh green salad.
